About the event
Staying in on Friday is the new cool (literally). Start off your Saturday with a cold plunge, some training, and soul food.
Max will lead the group into a cold plunge which lasts between 2-5 minutes, and transition us into a full body strength and conditioning class. Once the tough bit is over, we will gather for a soul-ful meal at Leonie's. Every bit as nourishing as it is delicious.
Every Saturday.
