About Max
Co-Founder
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Max's passion for health and fitness stems from a 10 year career as a professional rugby athlete. Throughout his professional career, Max has interacted and competed with numerous high level performers on and off the field and has always been on a journey to improve physically and mentally. He’s had to overcome many serious injuries and setbacks, and it is the desire to overcome these injuries that’s sparked his passion for health, wellness, and well-rounded training – all elements that he is bringing to QUARRY.
